The Wanderer returns

Following its loan to the Moseley Trust last year (see the 2014 news section), MR1381 returned to the Museum this morning.

The large artic complete with hiab parked across part of the triangle (bet there's a big groove in the lawn now!) and lifted the loco off ...

... and back onto Amberley rails. Gently does it!

Result!

The loco was parked temporarily on the high level siding leading into the workshop (couldn't go in as there is something already in there).

Also on the lorry was our P-class WWI ration wagon.

In the back of the workshop we now have the first visitor for Listermania (11/12 July) in the form of Simon Lomax's LB52610/1964 which was one of the last Lister Railtrucks to be built.
